We are pleased to inform you that on 29 May 2020, effective from 10 June 2020, the merger by incorporation of P.M.A. S.r.l. took place. ASSOCIATED MEDICAL PRODUCERS into FILMAR S.r.l. with sole shareholder.
Following the above mentioned merger by incorporation, as from 10 June 2020 only FILMAR S.r.l. with registered office in Strada Leinì n.22, 10072 Caselle Torinese (TO) is operative, even if it was established before that date.
In particular, invoices, any other fiscal document and all communications with a date after 10 June 2020 shall be in the name of FILMAR S.r.l. with sole shareholder.
